The 9th edition of The Gastronomy Seasons International Festival created by Natalia Marzoeva, ran from October 18-20, 2018, in a beautifully set up Pop-Up restaurant specially created for this occasion on the Hercule harbor of the Monaco Principality. Gathering chefs from Monaco, Russia, Spain, Thailand and France, under this year’s befitting theme The Cruise of Flavors,  this gastronomy festival reunited top chefs from different parts of the world. The chefs had an opportunity to talk about their own culture through gastronomy, unveiling to the public the secrets of their culinary techniques and savoir-faire. During three days a variety of delicious dishes were carefully prepared by 13 chefs overall, with different menus for each lunch and dinner respectively, proposed to residents and visitors alike.
