On 29 June 2017, Ben Davidson, ‘The Cocktail Chef’ will host an exquisite dinner experience in Prive249 featuring a sublime menu perfectly paired with Martell Cognac.
Guests will be taken on an extraordinary culinary journey beginning with canapés in La Galerie matched with a bespoke VSOP cocktail designed exclusively by Ben followed by an intimate three course dinner in Privé249.
While you admire the magical city lights of Brisbane, a series of imaginative dishes such as lobster tail, endive salad with vanilla dressing will be combined with the renowned flavours of VSOP, Cordon Bleu and XO to delight, inspire and tantalise the senses.
