A historic first, this is the only culinary experience in the world to offer each of the Champagne’s five prestige cuvées in one place. French Delicacies Paired With Champagne Tucked away in the hills of Champagne, France, the ultra-luxurious L’Assiette Champenoise’s new five-course tasting menu pairs French delicacies such as Langoustine Royale and Pigeonneau Fermier with Champagne Armand de Brignac’s handcrafted Gold Brut, Rosé, Blanc de Blancs, Demi Sec and the incredibly rare Blanc de Noirs, whose inaugural blend was named Best Blanc de Noirs in the World by FINE Champagne Magazine and of which only 2,333 bottles exist. An Inspired Menu Deeply Personal and Representational, Standalone or in a Package Inspired by the longstanding friendship between 13th-generation winemaker Alexandre Cattier and Gault et Millau guide’s 2014 Chef of the Year Arnaud Lallement, the menu is a deeply personal representation of…

A wine-themed river cruise always sounds so right, so seductive, no matter what the season. There are many wine-themed cruises offered from numerous river cruise brands, but there is something unique abut Ama Waterway’s wine-themed cruise, probably because the DNA of AmaWaterways exudes a unique attention to culinary detail that goes beyond the tasting of wine and the creation of cuisine. This wine-themed cruise also becomes an adventure in culinary cruising, combining onboard international wine experts that often transform the guests into burgeoning oenophiles and sous-chefs. Our experience on an AmaWaterways wine-themed cruise, even though it was months ago, still resonates in both mind and taste, mainly because of how the wine education, and the destination experiences were distilled into the terroir of our souls, and never left. We traveled up the Rhine, from Basel to Amsterdam – basically, learning as we went, about the wine created in the regions…

But winetasting is changing with the times in this idyllic part of the world. Avid wine samplers are arriving at Riviera vineyards from the skies, complementing fine wine with an astounding sense of adventure. A Helicopter Tour Luxury helicopter company, Monacair, offers private helicopter transfers throughout the French Riviera and beyond. Visitors to the region have started to indulge their winetasting fantasies by flying between vineyard destinations in ultimate style and comfort. Aside from being a fantastic way to sample many different wines, helicopter travel is…

The Regal Lion’ Wine & Decanter Stoppers, a limited edition functional art sculpture in Sterling Silver, 18K Gold, or 950 Platinum, accented with diamonds or golden sapphires. Each signed and numbered Lion will be a distinctive work of art that will appeal to animal fine art collectors, wine and whiskey aficionados, and anyone who appreciates rare and beautiful objects. Each elegant, made-to-order Art Deco and Gothic-influenced piece can be displayed in its handmade display base of mahogany or Gabon ebony, resting on three Sterling Silver Balls, or – of course – as a stunning crown atop a bottle of fine wine or a beautiful crystal decanter. As decanter and wine stoppers have never before been created as stand-alone art objects, and decanter stoppers have only been made by decanter manufacturers at the same time and of the same material as the decanter itself, the debut of The Regal Lion is a true design first. Further, until now, decanter…
