The feminine and elegant luxury outerwear brand SENTALER was established in 2009 by Bojana Sentaler, whose international lifestyle and keen sense of aesthetics are reflected in every detail of her collection.
Born in Belgrade, Bojana grew up in Toronto, where she earned a business degree from the Schulich School of Business. After a chance encounter with fashion guru Karl Lagerfeld during her world travels, Bojana began to explore her true passion for fashion and design.
Luxury Style and Designs in Outerwear
Inspired by the diverse vibrancy and beauty of her journeys, Bojana created SENTALER, a brand showcasing feminine silhouettes in an array of vibrant colours, a brand now known for its signature ribbed sleeve details and hooded wrap coats. With a commitment to timeless design and superior quality, each SENTALER coat is precisely crafted with hand finishes using the world’s finest and rare fabric, alpaca.

Love for Alpaca Fabric
SENTALER loves alpaca fibre for its exceptional quality and luxury appeal. The luxurious fibre is obtained by sheering alpaca animals, which thrive in the high altitude of the Peruvian Andes. Their hair has developed microscopic air pockets that provide superior thermal insulation, which make the outerwear warm, lightweight and soft to the touch. Alpaca is a mild tempered, intelligent and beautiful domestic animal, whose fibre is often a main source of income for Peruvian families who raise them in the Andes. Some of the benefits of Alpaca garments is that they do not mat, pill, stain, lose shape nor colour. Unlike wool, alpaca fibre does not contain lanolin, which makes it hypoallergenic and very comfortable for sensitive skin.
Sustainability and Support for the Peruvian People
While working with alpaca fibre, SENTALER helps those families to sustain in their way of life. SENTALER is committed to crafting of all garments adhering to cruelty free, sustainable and fair-trade practices. For more information on this designer and line, visit https://sentaler.ca
